Refund Policy

Programs and classes

Youth program tuition, adult single classes and adult four-class passes purchased from Artchievers Academy, LLC are non-refundable. Boogie and Bounce is a program of Artchievers Academy, LLC.

The $90 adult four-class pass expires 60 days after purchase. If we cancel a class, the pass expiration is extended to make up for it.

Merchandise returns

Store merchandise may be returned within 30 days of your order date for store credit only. We do not give monetary refunds on merchandise. Email Boogie.n.bounce1@gmail.com with your order details to start a return.

Defective or damaged items

If an item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us at Boogie.n.bounce1@gmail.com with your order details and photos. Defect and damage inquiries are handled separately from the 30-day store-credit return policy. Manufacturer warranty coverage is pending supplier confirmation, so we do not promise specific warranty terms at this time. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Shipping

Shipping is carrier-calculated from each order's packed weight, dimensions, ship-from location and delivery address. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are shown only when the carrier confirms them.

Classes we cancel

• If we cancel a class for weather, venue or staffing reasons, you will be offered a make-up class or a credit.
• Unused sessions from a paid session pass can be discussed with us; we will always try to find a fair solution.
