If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Boogie & Bounce LLC, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to session passes, drop-in classes and membership subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Email us at Boogie.n.bounce1@gmail.com with the name on the order and the date of purchase, and we will arrange it. Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.

Cancelling a membership

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access for the remainder of the billing period you already paid for. Cancel from your account billing page or by emailing us.

Classes we cancel

• If we cancel a class for weather, venue or staffing reasons, you will be offered a make-up class or a credit — and a refund if neither works for you.
• Unused sessions from a paid session pass can be discussed with us; we will always try to find a fair solution.

Sponsorships and donations

Sponsorship packages and donations directly fund scholarships, equipment and community programming. If a sponsorship was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a refund.
