Permissions & Waivers

I give permission for Bounce and Boogie staff to administer basic first aid to my child. *I give permission for staff to call 911 and authorize emergency medical treatment if I cannot be reached. *Liability waiver: I understand Kangoo Jump activities involve physical exertion and inherent risk, and I release Bounce and Boogie, its staff and partners from liability for injury or loss arising from participation. I confirm the participant is physically able to take part. *Photo / media release: I grant permission to use photos and video of the participant for promotional and social media purposes.
