1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Boogie & Bounce LLC ("Bounce and Boogie", "we", "us", "our"), which operates boogie-bounce.org and provides Kangoo Jump fitness classes, session passes, memberships, events and related online services (the "Service"). 2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, registering a participant, booking a class, purchasing a pass or membership, or otherwise continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. Authority and age

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and, where you register a child, that you are that child's parent or legal guardian with authority to accept these terms and any waiver on their behalf. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

4. What we provide

We provide in-person Kangoo Jump classes and programs, session passes, drop-in classes, monthly memberships, events, and online tools for registration, scheduling and payment. Class times, instructors, locations and formats may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes where we can.

5. Your account and information

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Provide accurate participant, medical, emergency contact and billing information, and keep it up to date.
• Tell us promptly about any change in a participant's health that affects safe participation.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
• Commit fraud, submit false information, send spam, or impersonate another person.
• Infringe our intellectual property or that of anyone else.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping the site or our systems.
• Behave in a way that endangers, harasses or disrupts other participants, staff or instructors at our classes or events.

7. Safety, waivers and medical fitness

Kangoo Jump classes are a physical activity that carries inherent risk of injury. Participation requires a completed registration and signed digital waiver. You confirm that each participant is medically fit to take part, and you agree to follow instructor guidance, footwear and equipment rules, and venue safety instructions.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including our website, software, class content, photos, videos, branding, logos and materials. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use within the plan or pass you have purchased. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent technical limits of the Service.

Where you submit content (for example photos, reviews or forms), you grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide and promote the Service.

9. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Memberships are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. Passes and drop-ins are one-time purchases.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. For cancellations and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.

10. Seller of record

Boogie & Bounce LLC is the seller of record for classes, memberships, sponsorships and donations purchased on this site, with payments processed by Stripe. Merchandise orders are sold and fulfilled through our Shopify store. All customer service inquiries come to us directly at Boogie.n.bounce1@gmail.com.

11. Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled for weather, venue, staffing or safety reasons; where a class is cancelled by us we will offer a make-up date or credit.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service where there is:

• a material breach of these terms;
• non-payment of fees due;
• a security, safety or fraud risk; or
• repeated or serious violations of our policies or venue rules.

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a membership as described in our Refund Policy. On termination, access to member-only content and bookings ends; we retain records as described in our Privacy Notice.

13. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.

15. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that state. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
